Audio Placed without "Controller files" not able to preview in Sprint 19

Dear Sir,

 

In Sprint 19 when we place an audio file it is asking for "Controller files". Without choosing controller files we are facing an error "Invalid Assert Location" while preview and uploading the file.

 

But in Sprint 18 we were able to preview and upload audio files without Controller files.Our DPS customer Vakils Premedia wants the audio files without any controllers.

 

What is the solution in Sprint 19 ?

    Take care if the version install is the updated. There is a 1.9.1 Folio Producer that solve it.

    Hi,

     

    It is working fine in CS 5 Sprint 19 version, But it is not working in CS 5.5 Sprint 19 version.

    Is there any solution for CS 5.5 Sprint 19 version for above mentioned error?

    You don't need to use Overlay Creator to specify controller files, just place an MP3 file into your article and use the Media pane to select a poster image (button) if required

    One solution, since it seems sprint 19 refuses to let you do this without specifying controller files, is to make controller files which are transparent pngs. This way, the system gets what it want, and the client gets audio without any visible controllers.

    Sprint 19 WILL let you add audio in the way I've suggested. I have done it.

    Hi,

     

    I dont want any controller files or Poster to be placed in the audio file.

    Without any controller files i am not able to Preview the file. I am facing "Invalid Assert Location" error.
