This is the very reason I ask for another RC. The EM-5 profile is obviously ready. So why do they make a RC with 5DMKIII support but not with EM-5? Seems very arbitrary to me. If the profiles are there, just release them in a RC, if only that EM-5 users can give their feedback. Again, too much to ask the market leader for?
Wow, great, a lot of thanks Adobe. I don't know, if my posts had any influence that Adobe decided for another RC with the requested camera support. However, it proves my pledge right: if the functional code is ot ready for final release, make your customers happy with new camera support in release candidates. This policy makes everyone happy, the early adopters of new cameras and the development team, which needs time to fix some outstanding issues.
Again, thanks a lot.

No, it didn't...this has been in the pipeline for a while. Software doesn't just turn on a dime ya know...it takes a LOT of man hours. Your OP on the 23rd of April was just a drop in the bucket in terms of engineering time it takes.
I did not really expected that it did, and after I learned that RC2 has some additional features, such as new defringing tools, my post certainly had nothing to do with it. However, RC2 supports my pledge not to wait with new camera support until final release.
