I have Lightroom 4 can I use/export images ok with Elements 10 with this OK?

 

also I have Topaz Adjust 4 can I use this with Lightroom as a plug in and if so how to I enter Topaz as Adjust 4 as a plug in?

    Yes, you can use PSE 10 as an external editor with Lightroom4. I believe there was a bug that interfered with this operation, said bug being fixed (allegedly) in Lightroom 4.1RC.
