Hi,
I've made a video cover for my magazine using After Effects CS5.5. I can load this into my publication and it works great... but is there some way to disable the play/pause control of th video?
I don't want readers to be able to tap the screen and the cover video stops playing...
I know Wired do this and wondered how...?
Thanks.
That's great, thank you. Just waht I needed to know.
One other questions regarding the same video cover... Once the video has played I want it to stop on the final frame. There used to be an option in Overlay Creator to do this but now it's gone. I'm using v19 of the producer tools, am I going crazy or has this changed?
If it has changed is there another way to stop on the final frame? I've tried putting an image of the final frame behind the video, but this flashes up before the video starts for around half a second. And at the end when changing from video to image there is a little colour difference which looks bad when it switches...
Hopefully there's a way if anyone can point me in the right direction? Thanks.
Make two frames: first frame, last frame.
Put them into a MSO and set it to aytoplay and disable loop.
When the video finished, the last frame stands still.
If you export from the video generator (like after effects) you should get
good results.
Keith Gilbert found out that you van adjust the final frame with
brightness/contrast in Photoshop with values around 15 to get good results.
