Ok, what happens if you try and install using this installer?

Flash Player 11 for Other Browsers

I'm going to need the exact error if you can. Windows XP should be fine with that installer.

The installation encountered errors:

A required file

(C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/FlashPlayerApp.exe:5) could not be written due to insufficient permissions.

is what it says

Try a clean install according to http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

After you finish the above procedure, download and run the offline installer from the link that Chris posted earlier.

And you have manually deleted C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/FlashPlayerApp.exe ?

i did the uninstall thing you sent me and then i did the flash player 11 for other browsers chris sent me...

With that error, it sounds like you're running into a permissions issue. I would recommend running through steps 2 - 6 in this FAQ:

Then do an clean install using these steps:
