Hey Adobe employees can you please help me out!! I try to download the trial version for Photoshop CS 5.1 and it wont finish it gets to the very end and it gets an error or something?? please help! Thanks, -Rory Ratliff

So it the download complete in the Adobe Download Assistant or is it still trying to download? If the download is complete you can override the checksum check by completing the following:
Go to Applications/Utilities and open the Disk Utility application.
Go under the Disk Utiltiy pull down menu and select preferences
Uncheck the option to Verify Checksums
Try mounting the disk image again
I would also recommend turning this option back on after you are done. If you continue to have problems it may indicate a problem with either your Internet Connection or Internet Service Provider. Which Internet Service Provider are you using btw?
I have an error message thast reads "Please close the following applications to continue: Adobe Bridge CS5.1" when it's not even open. How do I bypass that to install Photoshop Camera Raw 6.7 Update?
Different topic than what this thread discussed IMpeeved. Use your task manager to activity monitor to close the Adobe Bridge process. You should then be able to proceed with the update.
