    More that one answer for those in this situation.

     

    We had the same problem, and It was because I had shared the project with a colleage and he was uploading articles to the folio, when we tried to look at it on the ipad, that message came but when he deleted the ones he had uploaded, and I uploaded them, the update on the ipad went smoothly.
