How do I enable plug ins.
Do you mean Dreamweaver Extensions?
Double click the .mxp file.
or Commands > Manage Extensions
What do I do once I have selected Commands, Manage Extensions.
I am trying to earn to use Dreamweaver 5
Click Install, browse to the .mxp file on your computer and click Open.
Once installed, close DW and restart DW.
I hate to sound dumb, but where do I find .mxp file when I click Install.
I am assuming that in Dreamweaver, I go to Commands, Manage Extensions,
then Install, but when I click on Install it takes me to Libraries where
do I find .mxp there?

Which Extension are you trying to install and where did you download it to on your computer?
Dreamweaver uses the operating system's Find feature (Windows Explorer on Windows 7) and that is defaulting to Libraries.
You then navigate to wherever you downloaded the .mxp file.
Do you have a Downloads folder? Is that where you downloaded the Extension to (.mxp file)?
