LR4.1 RC2: Dialog for "Remove chromatic aberration" not/incorrectly translated into German Language

The German version for the new Remove chromatic aberration dialog partly appears in english language. Other parts have been translated incorrectly:

 

The term "Defringe amount" has been (incorrectly) translated to "Anzahl". Note that the term "amount" can not be translated into "Anzahl" if the amount represents a continous value (you could say "Die Anzahl der Äpfel ist zehn" but "Die Anzahl der Breite ist zehn" would be incorrect). A correct translation would be "Korrekturbetrag" or possibly "Korrekturwert".

 

Furthermore, the terms "Purple Hue" and "Green Hue" have not been translated at all. You might use "Violetter Farbton" and "Grüner Farbton" respectively.

 

Furthermore, the text that appears when the eyedropper is selected has not been translated at all.

 

Please check with your localization experts.

    Further comment:

     

    The "Defringe Amount" ("Anzahl") slider obvisouly is related to the width of the border around edges. Therfore, "Randbreite" would probably be better than "Betrag" oder "Wert".

    I randomly checked some other languages, and for none of them "Purple Hue" and "Green Hue" have been translated. The entries are present in the Translatedstring.txt, but in English.

     

    P.S. The explaining text when the eyedropper is active has not been translated in those languages, too ("Use the eyedropper to select the purple and green fringe colors for correction."). But the strangs thing is that the eyedropper's error message has been fully translated.

     

    Edit: Now it looks better

    What I changed in TranslatedStrings.txt:

    • "$$$/AgCameraRawController/Error/sampleDefringeColorInfo=Benutzen Sie das Zielkorrektur-Werkzeug, um die Farbsäume in Lila und Grün für die Korrektur auszuwählen."
    • "$$$/AgCameraRawUI/GreenDefringeAmount=Randbreite Grün"
    • "$$$/AgCameraRawUI/GreenHue=Farbton Grün"
    • "$$$/AgCameraRawUI/PurpleDefringeAmount=Randbreite Lila"
    • "$$$/AgCameraRawUI/PurpleHue=Farbton Lila"

    Note: On windows, use Notepad (not Wordpad) for editing. Wordpad will change the encoding and effectively destroy all special characters, e.g. Umlaute. And make a backup of the TranslatedStrings.txt file!!
