I have just purchased Adobe ExportPDF Annual. Have had several unsuccessful attempts trying to convert a PDF File to Word. Each time conversion is incomplete. (only part of file is converted). Have tried to access online support for this problem - totally useless. Will request refund unless this issue is resolved. Why is it so difficult to get some support and answer to my question?
I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with both our ExportPDF service as well as our support staff.
How were the PDF files you're trying to convert created? Can you check File > Document Properties and share what it says under 'Application' and 'PDF Producer'?
Does the file contain renderable (selectable) text? If so, you may want to try unchecking the 'Recognize scanned text in' box and trying your conversion again.
Hopefully we'll be able to get this resolved!
