Problems Logging on Folio Builder

Good morning,
I have a problem that I am unable to solve. Introduced on the tab of Folio Builder Conraseña me Register and asked him not to close the session.
Olvidé password and changed, and now InDesign hangs on the tab of Folio Builder and does not let me restart session, the clock keeps turning.


Any solution? Thanks!

    I've noticed that you may need to delete in designs preferences from time to time using DPS. Try quitting inDesign and then restarting, as soon as you launch inDesign hold down ctrl, option, command and shift.  It should then ask you if you want to delete the preferences, if it doesn't, quit and try again.  You have to hit the keys immediately after launching.  Most likely that will stop your endless clock, it usually does the trick for me.  Good luck.

    Thank you very much for your answer! Unfortunately it did not work ... the sale of FolioBuilder still hung with the spinning clock permanently.
    Do not know what else to do ... do not know how to uninstall the FolioBuilder to start from scratch. It happens that you do? Or maybe uninstall the entire package InDesign?

    I can not think ... : S

      Nothing at all. I uninstalled InDesign, Folio Builder and Folio uninstalled Tools ... and nothing at all still hung.

    With the money that you pay for the software and without even using it already all messed up ... there is no way to let me "inicar session" again ...

    Any ideas? I am very unhappy and unable to start work very unhappy customer.

    Are you on a mac?  Have you done a safe boot or repaired permissions lately?

    Oh! Yeah yeah! Sorry! I simply followed the steps of the catch that I have posted above and ...Indeed!

    First I deleted the file "csxs2.pref" and then delete the Keychain MacOS file called "lame".
    By following the steps, solved!
