transcoding setting in encore

hi

i transcoded a pal video footage, 1 hour 45 minutes long in adobe media encoder to ntsc settings using the following preset-

h.264, hdtv 1080p,29.27 ntsc

now when i try to write a bluray in encore the file already transcoded is getting transcoded again, and the sign do not transcode is not appearing there.

in encore the settings are not the same and the nearest is 1080i and 29.97 ntsc

Does that mean i have to transcode it again or am i missing a step or setting.

cant afford to transcode again because it take too long and i have like 9 blurays to burn.
