I can't open the trial Illustrator.It was successfully downloaded and I followed all the instructions but can not open it. I have tried sooo many times.why?Should I uninstall the software and try to download again?

You will want to choose the education store for your region. So if you are logged into the Adobe site for UK and then go under Store>Education store you will be in the correct location.
