Educational edition licensing terms?

I can't seem to find the link.  Will it be a full and unrestricted version (for professional use) as CS5 is?

    I also want to know this. With the promotion, I can get either version for $29.99/mo. So I'm thinking of just getting the regular edition.

    If the eula stays the same and you're in a position to get the edu edition, why not just drop the $249 or whatever on a hard copy and come out ahead after less than a year?
