Since I updated Acrobat Pro to 9.5.1, it crashes immediately on opening. I get two error messages, both stating, "Adobe Acrobat 9.5 has stopped working." The information in the problem signatures are:

If I try to get it to create a dump file, the program crashes before I can click on it in task manager to tell it to create a dump file, and I get another error message stating "The operation could not be completed. Access is denied." If I could get to it fast enough in task manager, it might create a dump file, but it crashes too quickly.
I ran the repair fundction on the program, and the only thing I got from that was wasted time. I am running Windows 7, 64 bit. Everything is fully updated. Until I ran the most recent update to Acrobat 9, it was happy. It won't let me uninstall that update, so I need help getting this sorted out. Hope you can help. Thanks.
My Dell XPS is about 2 months old, and when I look in Device Manager under sound, video, and game controllers to see the video controllers to update the drivers, there aren't any - just audio controllers. I'm assuming that means the motherboard has an integrated video card, but I don't know how to check the drivers. Haven't needed to know this before, so I don't. Advice is welcome. Thanks!
Okay, I went to the Dell site, which tried to give me an older driver for the wrong model video card, so I went to the AMD site, which correctly identified my card and gave me the correct newer driver. Installed it, restarted the computer for good measure, and I am getting the exact same problem I had before. At least it's reproduceable. I guess that's better that only doing it sometimes, but it sure is frustrating. I'm working hard at getting nowhere, but I appreciate your advice and support. Thanks.
