Troubleshooting Lightroom 4

Hi

 

I have trouble with downloading the Lightroom 4 trial version.. There was no problems when i downloaded the Lightroom 3, but when i hit the download button for Lightroom 4 trial nothing happens!? I´m using windows 7 and got plenty of ram and HHD space and i can´t find anything usefull in the troubleshooting.. Can anyone help me?

    Which browser? Try a different browser.

    I´m using the standard windows internet explorer 7 and never had any problems with it.. I guess i´ll try and change it

    There are numerous issues with LR4 released and trial product. Adobe has addressd a number of these issues in the LR4.1 RC2 release candiate availabe for download and review here:

    LR4.1 RC2 has also new Chromatic Aberration correction tools previously unavailable in LR4 and LR3:

    LR4.1 RC2 is the full program and is free to try until Adobe officially announces LR4.1 update availability. Let me know if you have any questions.

    I have changed my browser and the download started right away

    BUT!!! For some strange reason when i want to import pictures from my F: drive to lightroom i comes up and tells me that the drive is broken and is in need of a format.. This message only comes when i use lightroom 4 and can acces the drive just fine the "normal" way??

    Hm never mind the broken drive.. It stopped now.. Strange

    What type of drive is the F: drive, or is this a card reader?

     

    What camera model and file format are the pictures you are trying to import?

     

    What do you mean by "can access the drive the "normal way." Using what application?
