Regenerating a new sitemap.xml file?

Apr 28, 2012 5:42 PM

Tags: #sitemap.xml

I just flipped the switch on my partner site (http://onlinestrategics.com), but the old sitemap with the subdomain url http://onlinstrategics.businesscatalyst.com is still the current sitemap.xml file.

How can I get this regenreated asap!?  Gotta submit it to Google Webmaster and get indexed (and not piss them off with a bad sitemap!)..

Many thanks!!

John

I checked your site and your domain is set as a default domain. Default domain is always used in sitemap.xml. Please allow about 24 hours and this should change since it takes that long to re-generate the sitemap.xml file.

    Hi John,

It seems that there may an issue with sitemap generation on this site. I've had a look at the error log for it and there seems to be an error there related to the sitemap. Please submit a case with support and provide a site URL and we'll get someone to have a look at this for you.

    Cheers,

    Mario
