cfcompile in CF10

     Does CF 10 (Beta) come with cfcompile?  I have installed CF 10, but from what I have seen, it does not install cfcompile -- I am hoping I failed to see an option or download.

 

This is Win 64 install.  I am told OSX install does have cfcompile.
