Hi
I'm probably doing something really silly....
I tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 trial, when I clicked the download it has installed the adobe download assistant onto my pc, but everytime I click on it the Adobe Air Licence agreement pops up, I agree the terms and it goes again, nothing happens click on it again and it Air licence agreement pops up. I cannot get past this.
I have uninstalled air and the download assistant, but it's still doing the same thing
I'm using windows 7 64bit
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Many thanks
It sounds like you are having difficulties with Adobe AIR. I would recommend trying the steps listed in Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/troubleshoot-air-installation-windows.ht ml. Please feel free to respond to this thread if you have any questions about the steps listed.
Alternately you can initiate a direct download by following the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369. Although you will still need to resolve your difficulties with AIR as it could prevent you from installing Photoshop Elements successfully.
