I am trying to open an update for Acrobat Pro 9. The file extension is .msp.crdownload and Windows XP doesn't open it. How can I open and install the update?

Moving this discussion to the Acrobat Installation & Update Issues forum.  Which update are you trying to install Joriki?  Where are you trying to download it from?

Since you are on Windows XP, you should be able to download the updates (they have to be installed in order from the version you have to the latest). After downloading them, just double click on them to start the process. They should be recognized by your OS as windows install files and continue with the update. If your OS does not recognize them, then you have something messed up in your OS.
