Photoshop Keyboard flyout ?

Is there a keyboard flyout for Photoshop for toggling photoshops keyboard short cuts for ALT and CTRL so forth. A little keyboard with all of the common letters and numbersassociated with photoshop, that you can hide and unhide and with your tablet or hit a letter to lock it in place etc for specific keyboard commands, without the need for a keyboard ?

I have never heard of one. If you used one of the existing pdf files which are way bigger than most screens, you could load it as a Photoshop document, and Ctrl Tab between it and the file you are working on. The advantage of doing this instead of having it open outsite Photoshop, is that you can can use things like scrubby soom and flick panning to quickly wizz about the page.

If you have Windows 7, then you already have an on screen keyboard. But to my knowledge there is no way to label the keys.
