can media encoder choose automaticly the resolusion of the converted file by the original movie?

    Yes, although it depends on the export format you choose.  FLV, F4V, H.264 Blu-ray, MPEG2 Blu-ray, and MPEG2-DVD formats include  options to automatically match output settings to the source file's settings.
