Problem with licence

I have a problem with Adobe Illustrator CS4 licence: the software was installed on 2 machines.

One of these machines crashed, and it's impossible to start up the machine in order to deactivate one installation because of machine's death

Now I've installed Illustrator on the new pc, and it says that the copy is installed on more than 2 pcs.

How can I do to solve the question?

Contact/call the Adobe Customer Service and get them to unlock the situation.

What Jacob said. Contact support and they'll reset the activations.
