How to disable hardware acceleration

Hi All

I'm having problems disabling hardware acceleration.

Ever time I got to the find flash player version and capabilities then right click to select settings I get setting box but am unable to select anything it's just does nothing.

Any suggestions?

I have the latest version of flash.
