radio button to allow recordset to be shown in php

I have an insert record that a candidate for a job can add their details but i dont want it to be seen on the website until i have reviewed on the backend of the site and added more details, one i have looked and changed i want to click a radio button or checkbox then allow the recordset can be diplayed in the front end
