Hi,
I was trying to updated the app but it was rejected because of
3.12: Apps should have all included URLs fully functional when you submit it for review, such as support and privacy policy URLs
Specifically, the Privacy Policy field in iTunes connect is blank. Please provide a working Privacy Policy in this location.
I dont really know where that input field for this one is. If anyone had the same problem or knows where this field located, please help
Thanks
Lana
Hi Bob,
My app gets rejected of 2.3, they say the app launches in an empty storefront, I am trying to upload a monthly free magazine in newsstand. Any suggestions what I did wrong? Why does my folio in the DPS Cloud not connect with the App I create and upload? I am using DPS-Pro...
Thanks in advance,

Is this the explanation ?

"Privacy policy: A URL for your company’s privacy policy. Needed if you provide subscriptions. Apple links to this URL on the customers receipts"
Hi Lana,
we had the same promlem with our first free app for newsstand.
We haven't really solved the problem yet.
But it seems that you have to manage your contracts in itunesconnect before you can offer apps in newsstand.
We hope that we get the form for Privacy Policy URL after our contract are"updated".

This is also happening to me. A viewer for a free, Newsstand-subscription based publication has been rejected twice (most recently today) because of the lack of a privay URL -- but no field appears to enter a privacy URL when I select Edit Metadata in iTunes Connect. The field was there but disappeared when I specified the link to the subscription.
I've posted a note to Apple in iTunes Connect and will let you know if I get a response.

So i was able to get privacy policy field into Metadata section.
So basically since it is supsription, apple needs a contract. So once you log in into itunes connect, theres Contracts, Tax, and Banking section. Go there there there should be iOS Paid Applications contract in the first section of Request Contracts. Request it, agree to terms and conditions. Then go to your app, privacy policy field is available in your metadata.
I hope this helps!
