Design Notes Dialogue Box Not Opening

I have Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. I can open the Design Notes dialogue box on all of my sites...except for one. When I try right-clicking on the file, or going to Site >> Manage Sites, and choose Design Notes it doesn't work. The dialogue box just doesn't open. But, when I go to another site and try it, then the dialogue box works fine.

I have tried it on multiple files in this site and it just doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

I found the answer!! It is located on another post here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/830071#830071

Solution: In Manage Sites, copy your site and delete the old site definition.
Now the design notes dialog pops up.
