Design Notes in CS5 not working? Help :(

Hello,

 

I hope you can help me out. I just want to add Design Notes to a file but I can't seem to get this working somehow. I have Design Notes enabled in my website (checked Maintain Design Notes and checked Enable Upload Design Notes for sharing).

 

Now, when I'm in a file and want to add a Design Note I click on File > Design Notes... and nothing happens . If I do this in the Files section and right-click on the file and click on Design Notes... nothing happens as well . No errors or any other messages. Any ideas?

 

I'm running Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 version 11.0 Build 4964.
