At this moment I have a Joomla website which works fine I think. At my homepage I have some banners which are changing every 5 seconds or so. The banners all are clickable and send you to the right page. Nice but I want to make it a bit more fancy and I want to do this by flash elements. Anybody has some ideas about it? I heard Google didn't like flash and I don't want to have my ranking go down by changing it, just want to make it more nice for visitors. Also the flash elements should be clickable to redirect you to the right page, is that even possible with Flash? And for the last question; I'm looking for a business who can help me build it into the website, so if somebody here is interested or knows a good place please feel free to let me know. The site b.t.w. is http://www.delinkbuilder.nl and the elements are only on the homepage.
Any help is appreciated.

I think that's a step backwards. Flash never was and never will be supported by Apple iPhone, iPad, iTouch or iPod. In Nov, 2011, Adobe gave up on Flash development for mobile devices.
From where I sit, Flash is rapidly becoming an obsolete web technology. I really think you should keep using jQuery which is widely supported by ALL web devices. If you want to add animations to your web site, look at Adobe Edge.
