How do I get Tooltip Hover to go away on removing cursor?

I have watched the video on how this is supposed to work, but the OPTION for the Tooltip to go away when moving cursor away doesn't even show as an option.

 

Is this a bug?

    Please refer to the screenshot below to find the Option for the tooltip to go away when moving the cursor away.

    As noted in my original post, that option doesn't even appear.

    If it doesn't appear, then please uninstall Muse, download the latest version from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/muse.html and install it.

    Hi Robert,

     

    Before you uninstall and reinstall, see if you have the same problem in a new tooltip widget in a new page. What options are you choosing from the Tooltip options (e.g., Position, Event).

    Corey-

     

    I did as you suggested and if I select the SCATTERED tooltip, then the HIDE ON ROLLOUT appears. If I do STACKED order, then it goes away.

     

    So, now have that resolved. But when I select the tooltip location and ask it for NO FILL, only one of the two shows properly. As you can see from the screencapture, the one in the center previews with the "hotspot" still filled whereas the one in the bottom center is invisible. Any thoughts?

    An item with no fill doesn't receive mouse events. In order for the rollover to work, set the fill to white and the opacity to 1%.
