Help me tables on Multy page InDesign

Hi everyone, I want to ask about how to align text in table from word of IndesignEmpaste into Indesign table, the table spans multiple pages, however, whenever anew row into, InDesign automatically to the new page for that row, leaving a gap on the previous page. So how do you base text for it to jump to previous page A, for along table that seats just a few pages back losses this gap is not very good.

InDesign cannot split rows, as Word does.

To "split" a row you have to manually use "Insert row" or "split horizontally", then move the text by hand. There is no other way.
