Web premium is the name of the package which include below mentioned product , hence the product which has been upgraded to CS5.5 have some additional feature which were nit there is CS5 , like Dreamweaver , Flash Pro , Flash Catalyst etc. however product like Fireworks, Photoshop are same in CS5.5 snd CS5. (look for CS5.5 in name)
