How do you put a "Buy" button (link to shopping cart) on the individual photographs created in Bridge Web Gallery and imported into Dreamweaver? Thanks, Norm
Bridge is just a browser. To put in buttons you would have to use a program like Photoshop. A web search will lead to tutorial like THIS
Guess the question wasn't very clear. I know how to build a button - I'm trying to create a link from the photographs to a shopping cart. The gallery was created in Bridge Web gallery and importd into Dreamweaver. Once the gallery is loaded into Dreamwever, there are no images (design view) to edit (add buttons). How do you make the links? Thanks
If you export the web gallery as Flash file, you cannot edit it in Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver can embed Flash into an HTML document, but it can't edit it. You need Flash for that.
You can choose 'HTML Gallery' from the list of web gallery templates in Bridge. You will then export an HTML galleryt with JPEG images, not Flash. Dreamweaver will then have full access to images and markup.
Thanks for the help.
I tried that ( I'm dropping the web gallery into an "i Frame" for specific sizing) but still could not get a visual on the images to edit. Just a blank work area. Maybe I'm not exporting correctly into Dreamweaver. I had no trouble when I exported in Flash, so I don't know why this would be any different. I'm simply recodeing using the "HTML Gallery with jpeg images. How are you exporting into Dreamweaver? Maybe, that's where I'm going wrong.?
