Crash Problem, any Suggestions?

Hi there!
I've been running Illustrator CS5 on my Windows 7 PC since its release without ANY problems, but suddenly its crashing while I'm working with it. Its fine at start up, but then I start working with a design and suddenly it stops working! 
I'm not sure whats going on with it and since my business is based on USING this software daily, I need a fix ASAP
