Hi All, I've been doing some searching around for the answer to my question without any luck, my apologies if this has been answered previously.
We are trying to proof a publication we're working on, we have only updated our Viewer Builder and Folio Producer Panel today (we're holding off on our Tools until we have a better break in our publishing schedule). The problem we're encountering is, when we push updates to existing folios, or try uploading new folios, nothing is happening. This has been happening both today and yesterday (before the updates were available). We've tried everything listed here: http://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-suite/kb/troubleshoot-conten t-viewer-digital-publishing.html, as well as attempting to upload each article to individual folios, sharing it with other accounts...and we're coming up empty. There is no error given, it simply does not appear in the Content Viewer. We haven't run through everything to get our certs and keys yet, but plan to shortly, so we cannot create a custom viewer (and besides, I had trouble doing that for another client today, but that's a whole different issue!) The folio we're trying to upload is a 2048x1536 rendition.
Is there anything we're missing that we should be trying? Is anyone else encountering this problem? Is there any other info I can provide to help troubleshoot this problem? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We had the same problem all day and the solution that worked for proofing was to publish the folio but set it to private. This was the only way we could get folios on to the viewer.
We are also using a custom V19 viewer not the app store version if thats any help?
Same thing is happening to me today and yesterday! SO I dont know... I am going to try the private setting.
I tried re-installing adobe content viewer and now all of my previous folios are gone too. I've tried it different iPads as well!
