When I try to login to see my eligibility for existing customer cloud pricing I get a 'this account is locked try again later' error. How long do I wait? or rather, how do I get it unlocked?
I can login to My Adobe using my old ID (not email version) and am trying to get my email to work as my login so I move to CreativeCloud... but it won't work so I can't sign up... and now my account got locked on that page...
Before coming here I spent about an hour on 2 chats with customer service (and a lot longer on my own) because when I was logged in using my email my software registrations didn't show... after their help, I can't login using my email at all. I'm not real keen on going back. Is the phone support handled by different people?
anyway, I just tried again, and I'm not getting the locked error right now....
But I am still not able to log in with my email address, I get a password and ID don't match error.
It seems I need to get this working before I can sign up for creativecloud?
.... as using my id only on the special intro pricing page says I don't have any software registered.... which is wrong, and where I started... and I know Adobe wants me to use my email as my id...
