How do you embed a YouTube video on a flash website?

Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to do this properly? I have Flash CS5.

    My guess is that you would have to embed the YouTube embed tag into the HTML page in a separate DIV butted against your Flash content so that it appears seamless.  YouTube in itself either uses HTML5 video or Flash Video which is an embedded Flash Video.  I don't think you can embed HTML code within a div in AS 3.0 .  You can use such things as navigateToURL or if you can obtain the YouTube video you can encode it as an FLV and embed the video using your own custom video skin or one of the default Flash skins.

     

    But I am only postulating here.  Someone else with more video experience on web pages might chime in here.

    Could you please explain how I would do this? I have the YouTube embed code so what do I do now?

    get a free youtube video downloader and download the video and importing it into flash the size will get bigger for your swf file thats the downfall sorry.

    I have youtube vids on my site by using a code for it. The only problem is that the video's don't stop playing audio when you leave the page so I need a little bit of code to do this.. to get my video's (streaming from youtube) to stop playing audio.

    This way would work but I want to really embed YouTube vids so that I get the vieuws count and also people can choose to watch on youtube. Thanks for the reply anyway!

    Actually I just added a shape to a frame and made it into a movieclip and inside the movieclip I put a code that does embed my YouTube video's. The only thing is that they don't stop playing audio when I leave the page... So I need a little bit of code for that.. Any ideas?
