Mozilla, Opera, Explorer
Please try these two installers:
32 bit Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
32 bit Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
On install I got the message.

What is your Windows XP Service Pack level?
Windows XP Service Pack level = 0
Updating your Windows XP to SP3 will most likely solve your problem.
Updating YOU to Windows will solve yours.
