CS4, v6.0.6, OS 10.5.8 Adobe says I have to re-register

My tech person is going to take down my computer and rebuild it all again. I've had CS4 on my computer for a very long time and registered it many years ago. However, Adobe says they can't find me and want me to re-register my CS4 so I can get the serial numbers and activation numbers. Where do I go to re-register my product or how do I find the place to re-register? Thank you.

    Ouch.

     

    I bet if you go to Help > Registration it's grayed out, right? I have no idea where the number is hidden on Mac (or in the Windows registry, for that matter). No records or original media with the number printed on it?

    Great. That's where it's at plus that's where the deactivation is that I have to do too. Thank you! I do have the boxes and discs but want to be sure that I have all the #'s on hand before I go thru all this. Thanks again Peter!!!!! Have a great rest of your day.
