can't find the "Find Flash Player capabilities page"

where do i find the ''Find Flash Player capabilities page''?

i am on this step:

7. Disable Flash Player hardware acceleration

Right-click the Flash Player version box provided in the Find Flash Player capabilities page.

Click Settings.

#
In the Display tab, deselect Enable Hardware Acceleration if it is selected.

any help greatly appreciated
