This wasn't happening before a few weeks ago. Now, when I open InDesign and other CS5 apps, the last document saved opens automatically.
Anyone else having this problem?
What operating system? If you're on Mac OS X 10.7.x (Lion) I can guess why.

Use Restart from the Apple menu and when the dialog comes up uncheck the box that says something like Restore Apps and Windows on Restart.
Open up System Preferences > General. Uncheck "Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps"
