Might be a stupid question. If you were going to slow a clip down to 30% of the original speed, who does the better job of it ? AE or PPro ?

FWIW...I think AEFX is better at this.
To slow it down that much, I'd probably want to use Twixtor.
After Effects. Definitely. No doubt.
The frame blending feature in After Effects has a much higher quality option than the equivalent feature in Premiere Pro: Pixel Motion.
The Timewarp effect in After Effects uses the same technology but gives more control.
Twixtor is very similar to Timewarp.
Why did Adobe take Pixel Motion out of Premiere? It was great!! I hope they don't do the same thing with Warp Stabilizer!!
