Also, the fields on the right side of the Orgainzer window are greyed out.

Hi,

You can enter the product ID in a new window that opens as soon as you click "Publish". Be sure that the other fields like Name, Description, ... are filled.

Tried that. A window popped up to tell me that I had to fill in all fields... I'm now re entering the properties for the entire document because when I reopened the Folio Builder window in InDesign, all my Articles were gone. Will attempt it all again shortly, but everything looks the same the second time round, with fields greyed out, and the Product ID box doesn't allow for typing.

You probably will get:

Do not forget to fill something in the description field in the Sidebar (Folio Details). The Product ID filed will stay blocked. You can not fill anything in there in this organizer window. After you filled the indicated fields (except Product ID and Published), you will receive the following window:

where you can insert your product ID.

I've all of a sudden been able to type in a product ID, in the "public/private" window. There seems to be something strange going on though, as I've now go this error message:

Your error seems to be a problem with one of the new functions. But I think this has to be done by Adobe. This error shows nothing that you probably could change.

Did you try to log out, clear the browser cache and log in again?

Yes, I did that. The DPS page seems to be loading painfully slowly. I then pressed publish, entered the Product ID number and clicked ok. A window popped up saying I had successfully published my magazine, but it hasn't workde. Now I can't even press the publish button to try again, because nothing happens when I click on it. If I sign out, then in again, I will have to wait about 15 minutes for th epage to reload...

The service is very slow since yesterday. It seems that Adobe is still working on it. My folio counter shows also 0. But there should be a few more on it.

Try to contact the Gold Support.
