is cs6 final avaible to update/updagrade?

hi

is cs6 final avaible to upgrade/update?

i did receive an email from adobe concerning a discont to upgrade cs5 to cs6

a friend of mine (via mobile) told me it's avaible but he can't update ,he told me the cs6 update feature is gray

now i don't want to install a trial or download an upgrade for a beta version

does someone told me if the final version is ready?

I think it says that you can preorder. If you are opting for DVDs, then I imagine they won't ship until the 7th.
