Can anyone point me towards it? I am wondering specifically if the student and teacher edition of CS6 will still be licensed as the regular edition is, allowing for commercial work as well as CS5 and previous versions have.

I am looking for the same answers, and all I've found is that only in North America is the licensing the same - this may have changed since new releases etc but I'm in the UK and it looks like I'm all out of luck!
