Activation error

I installed Digital Editions in a XP system without activating it. After tryed to activate it wiht an ID I had in another PC, and got an activation error.
Now everytime I start Digital Editions it shows this message box:

Thought in trying to activate it with a new ID, so I uninstalled, deleted all the folders I found and installed again. But can't even try to activate. Just starting Digital Editions appears the same error. When I push "try again" nothing happens. When I push "cancel" Digital Editions closes.
What can I do?
