The printer in question was deleted awhile ago for my other printing by going into the control panel ane deleting it from the devices and printers. My problem is when tryign to print a .pdf, the "bad" printer seems to be my default and if I don't remember to change it, nothing prints. So how do I find and delete the bad printer from the choices in the printing prompt window?
Thanks for the information. Can you please ensure that the printer is not listed in the Printer section on your computer.
You can do the same by:
1. Clicking on Start and navigating to the Devices and Printers section.
2. Do you see your "bad" printer listed there. If so, try and delete the same.
3. If deleting the same does not work, try and make some other printer as the default printer by right clicking on the same and clicking on "Set as Default Printer"
Does this help resolve the problem?
If it does not, then can you try and launch any other non Adobe application and see which is the Default Printer listed in their Print dialog?
I've done that, it was the first thing I mentioned when I wrote this issue up.
I looked again, in case, and the "bad" printer is not there and I have another printer listed as the default.
I don't have this issue printing word documents, internet items, etc... only items that are using the "bad" printer are Adobe related.
