I am having trouble with PhotoShop 10 pixelating with a two D picture, This happens after I save it and open it to work on it some-more I am trying create for a sheet of decal's. I need to print, I have an Imac computer. It seems like a never ending story. Does anyone suggestionssome-more

It sounds like you are saving to a lossy format like jpg with a low quality setting, and it is losing quality each time you save it. Try saving as a native Photoshop elements format (I'm not sure if Elements uses .psd files)
