I'he just Private status in my publish menu. How can i change to PUBLIC for publish?

You should have a Professional or an Enterprise DPS subscription to publish as Public.

I want to build an app using Single Edition License. So it's ok for me? I'll publish private and export than use wiever builder?

Yes, you will have to export the Folio from Folio producerand then use it in the Viewer builder to build your application.
