It seems you have to make renditions. iOS Apps (iPad and iPhone) do not make letterboxing like on Android Systems. I did like to have this feature too.

Yves, is this an Apple limitation or DPS?

DPS limitation! I've seen other solutions where this works.

PDF Readers (basically nothing else) scale the content down if it doesn't fit.

Yes, at this point, you need to create renditions to make an iPad issue available on the iPhone. The iPhone displays only folios with a 3:2 aspect ratio.

Bob: how can I make one rendition for both iPhone and android phones?

I do not want the same rendition on a 4 inch android screen as we have on the ipad.

iPhone supports only folios with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Android viewers support only Large and XLarge sizes. Some Android phones fall within the Large size range. For your Android folio renditions, make sure that folio doesn't have a 3:2 aspect ratio, and it won't appear on the iPhone.

Are you saying it is impossible to make renditions for Glaxy phones, and the high-end HTC-phones?

Why is the content viewer now for iPhone, but the content viewer for

android still appears for x-size only, or did this change?
